The wise straightens the mind but the mind is difficult to guard and restrain
The mind is excitable and fickle; difficult to guard and to restrain. Like a fletcher who straightens an arrow, the wise one trains his mind to be upright. But be aware that the mind is not easily tamed. Because the mind is like drunk monkeys, always busy, always thinking, always searching for problems. When you give the monkeys a task you can restrain the mind and become master of the mind instead of being slave to the mind.
